additional testing is:

*Mold test $125 (2-3 areas, surface test results only)

Infrared $50

Lead paint $75 ( surface paint test only ) 

Pet stain check $50 

*lab fees included 

*lab fees for meth and mold can be rushed for faster results at optional/xtra fee

Or package deals ( based on up to 3,100 sq ft)  like 

Inspection plus mold and infrared  $415

Inspection ,  meth and mold $515
